Aggregate Technologies, Inc. is a U.S. leader in concrete cutting, removal, and HydroDemolition — and we're building AI-powered systems into the core of how we operate.
We're hiring a Director of AI & Technology to architect and deploy AI solutions across estimating, documentation, and sales operations. You'll work directly with our CEO and leadership team to design systems that actually get used — not proofs of concept that collect dust.
You'll also guide teams in adopting new AI solutions — helping the people around you get the most out of what you build.
This is not an entry-level opportunity. We're looking for proven experience, a track record you can speak to, and a resume that backs it up. If you've built and deployed real AI systems in a business environment, we want to hear from you.
Houston-area candidates strongly preferred. This role works closely with our leadership team, and we want someone in the room where decisions get made.
